Hey guys! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Lately I've been working on something that I've had a hard time with for yearsssss....and that is telling myself no. I've always been strong -willed even at a young age. I started working at the age of 15, because I needed the independence to buy and do the things that I wanted! 

Places to Visit: Charleston, SC

A couple weekends ago I went to visit Charleston, South Carolina for the first time and I had so much fun! If you have yet to visit I would definitely add Charleston to your list of places to see. Exploring new places is one of my favorite things to do, and now that I live down south I try to take advantage of experiences that I wouldn’t necessarily have access to in the DMV.

Hey guys, hope all is well! I was recently invited to attend the “Diary of Dahomey” play by Lady Harris, and it was really inspiring. The play took place last Saturday at the Little Rock Cultural Center in Charlotte. It was based on the diary of TITI, who’s in the Dahomey Tribe in West Africa. TITI journeys through feeling worthless to her husband, as he tells her she isn’t a good wife because she can't cook, or bear his children. He leaves her. What will she do next?

Did any of you watch the Bachelorette season finale?! Yes, I am a fan and a hopeless romantic LOL. I've watched the show these last couple of years and after each season I say I'm not going to watch it anymore haha.
